30-Day Happiness Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of any Sunkissd product purchased directly from sunkissdclub.com. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your first bottle.
How to request a refund
Email questions@sunkissdclub.com within 30 days of your delivery date with:
- Your order number
- A brief note on why the product didn't work for you
We'll respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Terms
- This guarantee applies to your first order of a given Sunkissd product purchased directly from sunkissdclub.com.
- Limit of one refund per customer or household.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are not required to return the product in most cases.
- We may request a photo of the product, or in rare cases ask that the product be returned, before issuing a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
- We reserve the right to limit, modify, or deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or resale activity.
Subscription orders
The guarantee applies to your first shipment only. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for refund, but you can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account page at sunkissdclub.com/account. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
Purchases from third parties
This policy applies only to purchases made directly on sunkissdclub.com. If you purchased Sunkissd products from a retailer, marketplace, or third party, please refer to that seller's refund policy.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at questions@sunkissdclub.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
