Sunkissd Club started in my 30s, in that moment when you decide to take care of yourself before things go wrong instead of after. It also started somewhere lonelier: with all the questions I had no one to ask.

WHY I BUILT THIS

I was asking Google the questions you're supposed to ask your girls.

I spent a lot of my life locked in on survival. So when it came time for girl talk, for the questions you only whisper, I didn't have anyone. I asked Google. I asked a chatbot. And one night I realized how sad that felt, and I made a vow: build the space where strangers feel like friends.

Around the same time, my body was teaching me its own lessons. Stress had wrecked my mood and my sex life. I was trying fillers for volume in my face and regretting the quick fixes later. Everything I bought looked beautiful in the pictures and left me alone 30 days later, because most of it was made by people who never actually used it.
